Mission Statement:

I am a seasoned 17 year project manager passionate to inspire and motivate front line ministries by working with leadership on challenges facing their organization. My highest priorities include utilizing my business and organizational management experience in helping equip churches and non-profit organizations expand and do the work of the kingdom.

I coach leaders through the change process resulting in smoother transitions.

·     Graduated in May from Cincinnati Bible Seminary with an MA, Practical Ministries – Leadership. The studies included organizational issues facing churches and para-church organizations, mediation, negotiation, etc.
 
·     Awarded Certification for Church Health Consulting from Church Central in 2006.
 
·     Received formal professional coach training from MentorCoach, LLC, 2005.
 
·     Graduated in 1983 from David Lipscomb University with a BA, Mathematics and minor in Computer Science.

Attendance is up nearly 100 in a year after working with a church leadership team. The consultation consisted of mediation, researching data, focused interviews, analysis, recommendation, and a high-level implementation plan. Contact me for referral information.
